Tobias Doerffel 93a19e43f1 InstrumentTrack: new method silenceAllNotes() 
Added new method silenceAllNotes() which is a replacement for
invalidateAllMyNPH() and also resets m_runningMidiNotes array.

silenceAllNotes() is now used in destructor as well.
